The rules for using Bronny, and how we handle your personal data.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement (the "Terms") apply to the Bronny website, mobile apps, WhatsApp assistant and related services (together, "Bronny"), operated by Bronny LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA ("we", "us"). Bronny helps clients find and book local services, and helps businesses and practitioners manage their bookings.
By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Bronny.
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in codes secure and for everything done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
You can sign in with email and password, a one-time code, or Google. A mobile number is optional; if you give one, it may be used to send you booking updates.
Bronny is a booking platform. Services are provided by the business or practitioner you book with, not by Bronny. The business is responsible for the service itself, its prices, its quality and its premises.
A booking request is only confirmed once the business confirms it. Prices and durations shown on Bronny are set by the business and may change before your booking is confirmed.
Each business sets its own cancellation window. Within that window you may not be able to cancel or reschedule through Bronny and should contact the business directly.
If you do not attend a confirmed appointment without cancelling, the business may mark it as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may lead a business to decline your future bookings.
After a completed appointment you may leave a review of the business or practitioner. Reviews are published straight away and must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not contain offensive, unlawful or misleading content. Businesses and practitioners may reply publicly.
We may remove reviews or replies that break these Terms. A no-show appointment cannot be reviewed.
If you list a business on Bronny, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it and that your business information, services, prices and availability are accurate. You are responsible for the services you provide, for your staff, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer and data protection laws for the client data you receive through Bronny.
Business owners can invite practitioners and give them roles. The owner is responsible for the access they grant.
Clients can use Bronny to book for free. Businesses pay a monthly subscription based on the plan and number of seats they choose, as shown on our Pricing page.
A new business can start a free trial once. The trial does not require a card and ends on its own; nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plans are charged in advance on the day they start and then monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
You must not use Bronny to break the law, make fake or abusive bookings, impersonate anyone, send spam, collect other users' data without permission, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or copy or resell the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users at risk.
You can allow other apps to access your Bronny account. You will always be shown which app is asking and what it can access before you agree. Those apps are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you can withdraw their access at any time.
We collect the information you give us: your name, email address, optional mobile number, language, business details, and the details of your bookings, favourites, reviews and messages. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
We also collect technical information when you use Bronny, such as device and browser type, IP address, and how you use the service, to keep it secure and improve it. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
We use your information to provide Bronny: to create and secure your account, to make and manage bookings, to send booking confirmations and reminders, to process subscriptions, to provide support, and to improve and protect the service.
When you book, we share your name, contact details and booking details with the business you book with, so they can provide the service. We use trusted providers for hosting, email, messaging, analytics and payments, who process data for us under contract. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.
We send messages that are needed for your account and bookings, such as sign-in codes, confirmations, changes and reminders, by email, in-app notification and, where you have agreed, WhatsApp. You can link or unlink WhatsApp and turn its notifications on or off in your account settings. Marketing messages are only sent with your consent.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, keep records of bookings and payments, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no service can be completely secure.
You can see and update most of your information in your account settings. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to stop certain uses of it, by contacting us. Some information, such as booking and payment records, may need to be kept for legal reasons.
We work to keep Bronny available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Bronny is not liable for the services provided by businesses, for disputes between clients and businesses, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Bronny after the change, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be settled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you use Bronny as a consumer, you also keep any protections and any right to bring a claim in your home courts that the law of the country where you live gives you.
If you have questions about these Terms or your data, or want to make a request, email us at [email protected] or reach us through the Contacts page.
